Cancellation Policy
Please Note: We operate a 3 day cancellation policy. Any booking cancelled within 3 days of the booked date will incur the full cost of the booking unless the room can be relet.
We recommend that adequate insurance is taken to ensure costs can be covered in the event of cancellation.
We will require credit card information or a 50% deposit by cheque to secure a reservation.
The latter to be received at least 3 days before the booked date
We regret that we are unable to cater for children under 12 years of age
In order to avoid the possibility of double booking any online booking for a date within 48 hours must be confirmed by telephone.
